I recently moved to this side of town and decided to try Carlos Pizza & Pasta. I stopped in yesterday right before closing and ordered a pizza. By the time I got home, the toppings had slid off a bit—probably from the way I had the box sitting on my seat. I put everything back in place, and it was so delicious that I had to come back the very next day! When I returned, I met Nick, the manager, and told him what had happened. He immediately made it right and assured me that if I ever have an issue, to let him know. That kind of customer service goes a long way. The pizza is absolutely amazing, the prices are great, and the staff truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back a couple of times a week. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things BUT I will try. 1. We got a thick crust pizza that was cooked to perfection with NO lack of toppings. The toppings were fresh! The cheese was QUALITY. The crust was cooked perfectly in a good OLD fashion pizza oven. Not one of those conveyor ovens everyone is going to. 2. The Carlos bites were YUMMY! LOTS of real butter and parmesan cheese with a variety of dips! They don't skimp on these either. You get plenty. I heard the cinnamon ones are AMAZING too! 3. They hit it out of the park with customer service. 10/10 4. We will be returning for senior buffet (62 +) deal on Mondays for $7.50. If you don't find the pizza you want on the buffet, they will make it for you. Full salad bar with breadsticks, can of pop, water & some desserts. 15.00 adults, $10 for kids and under 10 eat free. 4. Prices are very reasonable. 5. Fridays have lasagna, manicotti and wings. 6. They have a full menu with LOTS of choices. 7. Loved walking in seeing They working the fresh homemade dough. Ordered the working man sub and Carlos bites! The carlo bites are fantastic and a huge serving of them!! The sub was toasted just right, it was so good!! Service was fast and super nice!

THEIR FOOD MAKES PEOPLE SICK. My family and I have gotten sick off this food multiple times now. This last time the pizza made my husband and I both throw up, the calzones are all severely under cooked, dangerously so. You know it's bad when you can't tell if it's dough or cheese. Something isn't right with this place and the food. Don't be in business if you can't cook your food right.

Hands down great food. We ordered a 2 topping pizza, manicotti and a pizza sub... and we loved it all! The sauce is delicious... the bread is great.. the crust is perfect and we all walked away raving about it. It was one of those meals you will never forget. We live an hour away but will make sure to stop by every time we are in the area! And the staff... the icing on the cake. Great and memorable experience
